As usual, visitors travelling to Halong on the last days of April will have great chance to join the Carnaval Halong, celebrating from 20:00 to 21:30 on April 30th in Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Hung Thang Precinct, Halong City. Halong City is conduct to co-ordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh so as to build, approve and carry out the plan efficiently and safely.

Various cultural activities in Carnaval Halong

Featured the theme of “Quang Ninh: Convergence and Pervasion”, the Carnaval Halong is scheduled to display a wide range of cultural activities such as the opening ceremony, art performances, carnaval parade and low-range fireworks.

With the attendance of more than 4,000 actors and actress, the Carnaval Halong 2013 welcomed about 250,000 of both domestic tourists and foreign ones. Before the festival, nearly 20,000 arrivals travelled to Halong Bay each day.
