Ha Long Bay ranked in Asia’s Top 8 green national parks
According to Agoda, one of Asia’s leading hotel-booking websites,
Halong Bay has recently been rated in Asia’s Top 8 green spaces/national parks with the 4th position (rated 4.23/5). The list includes national parks which are suitable for hiking or outdoor activities and green spaces in the middle of a city that offer important historical context.
The list includes Hallasan National Park (South Korea) rated 4.39, Taroko National Park (Taiwan) rated 4.38, Osaka Castle Park (Japan) rated 4.29, Ang Thong National Marine Park (Thailand) rated 4.17, Khao Yai National Park (Thailand) rated 4.12, Penang National Park (Malaysia) rated 4, and Rizal Park (Philippines) rated 3.88. ![]() Halong Bay (Vietnam) listed in Asia's Top 8 green spaces Covering the area of 1,553km² and encompassing 1,969 islands of various sizes, 989 of which have been given names, Halong Bay – a World’s Natural Heritage – has become one of the must-visit destinations in Vietnam for tourists, especially the foreign ones.
